By taking a moment to reflect on what matters most to you, you give yourself—and your loved ones—the gift of clarity and peace of mind. And sometimes, those conversations begin with something as simple as a friendly hello. During this week, the NWHHS Palliative Care Team will be onsite to guide community members through the process, answer questions, and offer support in a relaxed, approachable way. Whether you’re starting from scratch or revisiting existing plans, the team is here to help make the process feel easy and empowering.
